Shipboard Controlled EZ Test Plan

Shipboard Controlled EZ Test Plan Documentation for Shipboard Equipment in Controlled Environments

Shipboard Controlled EZ Test Plan Documents help you get the most from your product developmental evaluation testing by ensuring repeatability of testing and capture of important data.  They provide the test lab and witness with a clear understanding test procedure parameters and severities.  Shipboard controlled test plans are for equipment that is intended for service below decks that will operate in controlled environments.

Our Test Plans are recognized by A2LA Certified Test Labs as very reliable and comprehensive. We have included, in addition to guidance from the standards, additions including best practices which we have learned by our work at test labs running these tests. Using our many years of experience in writing test plans, we have developed template test plans that can be used by a client for their test program.

Shipboard Controlled EZ Test Plan

These sets of Test Plan templates incorporate many lessons we learned while program managing and witnessing testing for defense developmental test and evaluation programs. Available test plans include environmental per MIL-STD-810, EMI/EMC per MIL-STD-461, and Electrical per MIL-STD-1399-300.

Each Shipboard Controlled EZ Test Plan package includes one or more procedures which are commonly applied to shipboard military applications.  We also have taken into consideration options for both operational and storage types of environmental testing procedures in each plan and the requisite parameters.  Each environmental test plan is compliant with MIL-STD-810 Task 405.  Electronic and Electrical test plans are compliant with MIL-STD-461 per DI-EMCS-80201-B.

Test plan packets include a Test Data Form, a Test Label to identify photos taken during testing, and addendums for documentation of test item configuration, operational tests, monitoring and simulation equipment function, and specific performance criteria.
