Aircraft Military EZ-Test Plans.
Aircraft Military EZ-Test Plans have been constructed based on CVG Strategy’s experience in test and evaluation programs for materiel designed for military aircraft. This experience includes MIL-STD-810 environmental testing as required in specifications and the Life Cycle Environmental Profile (LCEP). It also includes lessons learned in required testing for EMI/EMC and Electrical compatibility per MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704.
This collection of Aircraft Military EZ-Test Plans contains the selection of relevant procedures for this application. This information includes the performance of functional and operational tests, that simulate ground mobile operational usage and definitions of acceptable performance of the test item, and the capture of data essential for analysis and retest.
Components designed for use in aircraft must operate while exposed to combinations of extreme climatic, dynamic, and electrical stresses. These stresses can vary widely dependent on the specific airframe the equipment will operate on. These test plan templates allow for customization of test severities and durations for any Department of Defense requirements.
Test Plan Template Packet Includes
Test plan packets include:
- Test Data Form to ensure all pre-test, test, and post-test activities have been conducted.
- Test Label to identify photos taken during testing.
- Addendums for documentation of test item configuration, operational tests, monitoring and simulation equipment function, and specific performance criteria.
- Test Lab Data Sheet to review procedure and requirements with test facility personnel.
Each Aircraft Military EZ Test Plan package includes one or more procedures which are commonly applied to aircraft military stationary applications. We also have taken into consideration options for both operational and storage types of environmental testing procedures in each plan and the requisite parameters. Each environmental test plan is compliant with MIL-STD-810 Task 405. EMI/EMC test plans are compliant with MIL-STD-461 per DI-EMCS-80201-B.
Our Test Plans are recognized by A2LA Certified Test Labs as very reliable and comprehensive. We have included, in addition to guidance from the standards, additions including best practices which we have learned by our work at test labs running these tests.
