ITAR Signs and Accessories are all available for your use at your company’s site for ITAR Security Notice.

These ITAR Sign Notices should be posted at all entrances when products are being produced or services are being performed that are under the control of the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations per title 22, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Parts 120-130.

Applicable products and service Export (shipment or being seen by a foreign person) without proper licensing by the U.S. Department of State or consent is strictly prohibited.

ITAR – International Traffic in Arms Regulations

If you’re a supplier to the defense industry you probably have heard about the need to be compliant to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).  ITAR regulations that ensures that any product that may have a military or space application, or an item that may have “Dual Use” is controlled to prevent its unauthorized import and export.

EAR – Export Administration Regulations

These requirements apply to all other restricted articles or services your company may supply.  The EAR is regulated by the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).  Depending on the Export Classification Control Number (ECCN) these same restricted notice ITAR Signs will help ensure you have given proper notice to visitors.
