Aircraft Commercial EZ Test Plan

Ready to use Aircraft Commercial EZ Test Plan Templates for Aircraft Mounted Equipment on commercial airplanes.

Our Aircraft Commercial EZ Test Plan templates are recognized by A2LA Certified Test Labs as very reliable and comprehensive. We have included, in addition to guidance from the standards, additions including best practices which we have learned by our work at test labs running these tests. Using our many years of experience in writing test plans, we have developed these Aircraft Commercial EZ Test Plan templates that can be used by a client for their program.

Aircraft Systems will endure exposures significantly different from ground systems. An aircraft exposes its systems to a different set of environmental and dynamic factors as compared to a system that is on the ground. Testing in accordance with MIL-STD-810G will help qualify that a system can survive in its application, but does not (without an FAA DER Approval) mean that the system is “civilian” FAA qualified. RTCA DO-160 and other RTCA Test Standards must be applied for flight qualification in accordance with FAA Regulations.

The Aircraft Commercial EZ Test Plan templates for aircraft systems are meant to be applied to non-FAA flight qualification testing. We have incorporated lessons we learned while program managing and witnessing tests for several aircraft sub-system projects. This set of Aircraft Commercial EZ Test Plan templates are setup for an item that is used in a fixed wing or rotary aircraft either mounted or non-mounted.

Each Aircraft Commercial EZ Test Plan template package includes one or more procedures which are commonly applied to aircraft applications ranging from landing field to carrier landing/takeoff profiles. We also have taken into consideration options for both operational and storage types of testing procedures in each plan and the requisite parameters. Each plan is compliant with MIL-STD-810 Task 405.
